Until then, I guess my options are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Cloudberry Kingdom and ♥♥♥♥. If anyone knows this guy, or if anyone knows someone at Steam - PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HELP!!! Hell, man, I'll pay ya. He doesn't explain HOW, he just shows that he has it working. I have SEEN a video on YouTube of one fellow who has Kodi + HyperSpin + Steam all working. While I think I've several years to go before I lose it completely, I am being emotionally and psychologically traumatized by two game controllers I had such high hopes for. My job and sexual performance has begun to be affected. I've been ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around with this for like a week now and I'm going insane. Can't get too far with that if the Steam Controller isn't even a controller. I follow the instructions, but when I launch it, it also does not even see a controller. Using the x360ce utility provided with Controller Companion.

The thing is constantly doing that deactivate on full screen, so I hit the Back and Start buttons (or is the Back and Steam button?) I try them both, anyhow, and I can't tell if either one has ever done a damn thing. I set up profiles for HyperSpin and MAME, but they don't seem to do squat. I don't even know where to begin on that.

When I try to set up Xpadder mapping in the RocketLauncherUI, it still says no controllers are connected. I found this brilliant workaround, and it's brilliant, but it doesn't work with HyperSpin, because the Steam shortcut only talks to Xpadder. Launching Xpadder from a MAME shortcut. the whole objective,) and further, I have a nice MAME version that can run Direct Input, which just has to be better than keyboard and mouse.

But it loses HyperSpin from the setup completely, of course (i.e. I send keyboard and mouse info to MAME and then configure MAME's controls. Launching MAME directly from a Big Picture shortcut. That's fine, and I can navigate HyperSpin itself okay, but when the specific emulator (MAME) launches, it doesn't work at all - in spite of the fact I do have a MAME config setup in Big PIcture, as well. Launching HyperSpin from a shortcut in Big PIcture. BUT the number one purpose I wanted them for is actually to run HyperSpin and Kodi with them. I have Steam of course, and I bought the Steam Controllers based on reviews and the apparent abundance of features. I've been gaming many years, but Steam is not my specialty. I'm having a literal nervous breakdown trying to get HyperSpin working with my two Steam Controllers, and I could use serious mental help at this point.
